One of Asia’s leading financial services firms with a strong presence in Hong Kong, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manger with strategic recruitment experience to work closely with internal stakeholders to manage their talent pipeline   In this role you will have full accountability for managing and driving the full recruitment cycle from attraction to onboarding.

As Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for executing sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the market and build a network of candidates that will add value to the business. You will also conduct in depth research to ensure the right candidates are attracted from all angles while ensuring the candidates fit into the culture of the organization. This exciting hire will give you full responsibility of the recruitment cycle and the opportunity to network with top business partners in the industry.

To be considered for this essential role, you will have a minimum of 8 years recruitment experience where you have proven your networking, research, communication and management skills. You will also have exceptional communication and influencing capabilities .
