Regional Talent Development Manager

Currently they seek a Regional Talent Development Manager to take accountability for their talent & leadership development strategy and support the profound expansion across the region.

Working with the leadership and organisational development team, you will pro-actively initiate talent identification and talent development initiatives for segmented talent pools to ensure career progression of high potentials across the region. You will also actively monitor and support the businesses across Asia in their talent identification process and career progression.

Reporting directly into the Head of Talent Development, you will be work closely with regional heads to plan, organise and execute career rotations in local business units and will make extensive use of diagnostic tools, assessment centres, mobility policies and reward frameworks to increase career development through mobility across offices in Asia Pacific.

To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years extensive HR experience. You will have previously worked within the employee development field and will possess the ability to create programme structures and facilitate development programmes. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
