Compensation and Benefits Manager
 Explore this impressive opportunity with a multinational insurance giant that has been leading the market for the past decade. Currently they seek a Compensation and Benefits Manager to design, implement and optimise their programmes across all businesses.
 
This exciting role will see you developing, implementing and maintaining equity and deferred compensation programmes across all entities. You will provide quality and relevant management analysis of programmes for management teams.
 
You will be responsible for managing incentive plans to ensure awards are granted in a timely manner. You will also support incentive vesting processes to ensure local compliance are met with reporting and regulatory requirements.
 
To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 7 years experience specialising in compensation and benefits. Experience in working within insurance firms or sizeable multi-national corporations is favourable.  A high level of business acumen combined with a high level of numeracy will be essential for this opportunity.
