Retirement Benefits Manager
A Multinational Corporation with extensive focus in the Asian Pacific region is seeking an experience Compensation and Benefits professional to be part of their credible HR department. As a Retirement Benefits Manager you will be responsible for handling the overall operation of the Retirement Benefit team.

Sitting in the group office, you will be responsible for efficiently and effectively managing Occupational Retirement Schemes Ordinance retirement plans, MPF and Macau Retirement Plan. You will act as an expert advisor for the pension council for monitoring investment performance of Plan assets and common pension issues.

Reporting to the Senior Retirement Benefits Manager, you will provide value adding advices for Group Office in ORSO, MPF and Macau Retirement Plan as well as various HR projects. You will also providing support for improving pension capability of emerging economies' HR infrastructure.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have a minimum of 8 years experience in Compensation and Benefits, preferable in retirement benefits management. You will have excellent communicational skills and the confidence in liaising with senior management.
