Senior C&B Manager
A multinational property services provider that is greatly known for their professionalism and excellent customer service is looking for an experienced C&B professional to enhance their existing strategies to maximise business productivity.
As a Senior C&B Manager, you will be leading the design and implementation of Compensation and Benefits programmes by evaluating, redesigning, recommending and implementing best in class programs and systems that support the business objectives and aligns with the business philosophy. You will monitor the effectiveness of C&B strategies, programmes, policies and procedures, and employee communication plans.
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be investigating and overcoming business challenges by thoroughly understanding the existing policies and strategies and improving the overall framework of C&B. You will also be responsible to manage a team of C&B professionals to ensure all queries and difficulties regarding C&B are handled effectively.
To be considered for this pivotal opportunity, you will have a minimum of 5 years extensive C&B experience. You will also have strong exposure in payroll and managing experience. Experience in working within large customer delivery organization would be ideal for this role.
