As Regional Head of Talent Acquisition, you will partner with senior stakeholders to devise and facilitate talent acquisition and strategic talent planning initiatives in addition to providing consultation on regional director and C-Suite hires.  Your ability to execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent for business critical roles will be key for this role.

This is an essential hire which will carry a significant level of influence within the business, therefore exceptional communication skills are fundamental to ensure your effectiveness in this role.  You will partner with regional teams to develop geographic strategies to meet local needs, as well as prepare a candidate pipeline that succinctly aligns business hiring demands.
This position will see you play a pivotal role, working in collaboration with the business to grow across the APAC region, understanding the pipeline of opportunities and where the business will be able to source talent.
To succeed in this role you will have over 10 years’ experience in recruiting and strategising at a senior level.  You will have a proven success of recruiting across Asia and will come armed with an array of tools on how to identify and attract senior talent in the market.
