Senior Compensation & Benefits Lead
Become part of this innovative and pioneering international financial services provider which has extensive plans to widen their footprint in the emerging markets of Asia Pacific. Currently they seek a Senior Compensation and Benefits Lead to enhance the efficiency of the company's operations of Compensation and Benefits in the region.
 
This exciting role will see you handling the payroll system across the offices in Asia Pacific and you will work closely with offices across the region to handle complex taxation matters.  As Senior C&B Lead you will direct the design and implementation of compensation and benefits programmes by evaluating, redesigning, recommending and implementing best in class programmes and systems that support the company's business objectives and aligns with the overall remuneration philosophy.
 
Reporting directly into the Director for HR you will monitor the effectiveness of compensation and benefits strategies as well as to be the subject matter expert on total rewards and recognition programmes, job evaluations and annual total compensation reviews.
 
To be consider for this pivotal opportunity, you will have a minimum of 8 years solid experience in Compensation and Benefits. You will have proven experience in handling payroll systems and strong exposure in taxation.
