Talent Acquisition Manager
An impressive leading corporation that has extensive determination to strengthen their presence in Asia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to be part of their dynamic and innovative team to handle their steady expansion in Hong Kong.

This exciting hire will see you project managing recruitment events scheduled at the beginning of each year. You will be responsible for implementing and optimising a global Applicant Tracking System within the business to ensure the best experience is provided for all parties during the recruitment process. You will also review the existing recruitment processes and partner closely with the business to ensure a best practice approach is in use to meet the needs of the business.

To be considered for this pivotal hire, you will have a minimum of 5 years recruitment experience. You will have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. You will also demonstrate experience in adapting Applicant Tracking System across multiple locations. Candidates with experience in organizing and managing assessment centres will be of particular interest for this role
