Learning and Development Manager
This decisive, market leading insurance pioneer with an excellent reputation is seeking a Learning and Development talent with solid experience in designing and facilitating learning programmes to join their well-respected HR department.
You will be responsible for designing and delivering training programmes for management and you will develop a comprehensive KPI measuring system on learning and development to measure the effectiveness of learning throughout the organisation. You will also conduct a training needs analyses to identify learning and development needs to support the business and operational needs in addition to selecting, developing and implementing learning technologies such as e-learning, social and mobile learning platforms.
To be considered for this pivotal hire, you will have a minimum of 8 years of solid learning and development experience in both designing and delivering programmes. You will also have an exceptional knowledge of carrying out training needs analyses along with excellent presentation, interpersonal and communicational skills. Good written and verbal English and Chinese is essential for this role.
