This well-established insurance group that has extensive exposure in the region and is sought after by many professionals is looking for an experienced Director level Compensation and Benefits expert to join their credible and forward-thinking HR department.
 
This essential hire will see you leading the design and implementation of compensation and benefits programmes by evaluating, redesigning, recommending and implementing best in class programmes and systems that support their business objectives and aligns with the overall remuneration philosophy. You will be responsible for leading the compensation and benefits team in annual remuneration budgeting, and total compensation review processes to ensure operational excellence for the company.
 
You will be responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of compensation and benefits strategies, employee communication plans and will make recommendations to the head of HR on appropriate measures. You will also be the subject matter expert on total rewards and recognition programmes, job evaluations and annual total compensation reviews.
 
To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 7 years experience of solid compensation and benefits management experience. You will have a thorough understanding of total rewards and developing compensation, benefits, incentives and recognition programmes and you will possess a methodical and thorough approach with impeccable attention to detail. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
