HR Business Partner
An innovative and dynamic financial services firm with significant regional exposure and a reputational name across the globe is currently seeking an experienced HR talent to become part of their well-respected HR team.  

As a HR manager, you will be responsible for sourcing and identifying talent, formulating effective and innovative recruitment strategies, as well as interviewing and selecting candidates and negotiating all offers. You will devise innovative hiring strategies, selection approaches and non-traditional ways of attracting candidates to join this growing financial services firm. You will be recruiting talents mainly across Hong Kong and Singapore covering wealth management, asset management and private banking. You will redefine and streamline current recruitment processes and be proactively involved in maintaining the talent pipeline.

Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, You will act as a catalyst, stimulating high engagement through great manager behaviours including appropriate configuration of people product and processes which ensure employee needs are satisfied and managers and employees are playing to their strengths. You will also continuously review and support delivery of the business’ operating model that is aligned to the respective global functional strategy and ensure that the organisation is productive and functioning at its full capacity

To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 6 years proven experience in recruitment within financial services combined with a strong knowledge of social media recruitment platforms. You will have a thorough understanding of the local market and the ability to communicate with key partners effectively, in addition to excellent interpersonal and communication skills in spoken and written English and Chinese.
