Regional Mobility Lead
An impressive international bank with an exceptional reputation and significant exposure in Asia Pacific is looking for an experienced Global Mobility Lead to join their credible and well-respected HR department to facilitate a smooth coordination with the mobility specialist team.  

This pivotal hire will see you acting as a mobility advisor to the business through HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition specialists. You will be responsible for building relationships with local stakeholders and raising awareness of mobility issues in the region. As a sole contributor reporting directly into the Global Head of Mobility, you will be the primary point of contact for senior employees moving into the region, thus ensuring a positive employee experience.

To be considered for this essential hire, you will have a minimum of 6 years experience in human resources or mobility with at least 2 years of in-house experience. You will have solid global mobility experience with a thorough understanding of the assignment life cycle, developing relocation packages in accordance with standard practice and associated challenges. You will also have excellent verbal and written English.
