Senior HR Manager - Analytics
A multinational, market dominating Financial Services firm with significant exposure in Asia Pacific is looking for an experienced HR analytics expert to join their reputable and credible HR department.

This pivotal hire for a Senior Manager will see you take the lead in conducting deep dive analyses and building predictive models to identify actionable workforce insights for HR and the business teams. This role will also be responsible for conducting key analyses with candidate and workforce data to evaluate effectiveness and efficiency of HR processes.

You will be responsible for initiating and leading cross-functional projects to deliver scorecards and dashboards for HR and business leaders to provide timely and meaningful insights on key initiatives and company projects. You will also serve as an expert data and analytics resource for HRBPs, keep up to date on evolving organisational needs and elevate the capabilities of reporting and analytical tools to continue driving end-users self-sufficiency.

To be considered for this exciting and challenging opportunity, it is essential to have a minimum of 8 years experience in business intelligence, data mining, or workforce analytics work. You will have significant experience with handling strong quantitative and analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex statistical concepts and output to non-experts in both a written and verbal manner.
