HR Manager - Contract
Join this reputable global financial services company that has been a market dominator for years. Within their Hong Kong office they are currently seeking a contract based experienced and competent HR talent to work closely with senior executives within the business to support structural changes and new operational strategies.
 
Reporting to the HR Director – Europe & Asia, you will provide a proactive HR service to the Hong Kong based senior management and regional MD’s of Asia Pacific. You will be responsible to ensure HR support is effectively and efficiently provided to the business which consists of approximately 500 employees across Asia.  
 
You will operate as the senior HR team member in Asia Pacific, providing a hands-on, day to day HR service to the Senior Management. You will ensure HR processes (such as the joiner, leaver and transfer processes), systems and records are managed slickly and are maintained to the highest standards so that reporting, business and regulatory requirements are met. You will also contribute to performance management initiatives within the company such as ensuring that the appraisal processes and associated activities are managed well and in a timely manner.
 
To be considered for this role, you will have at least 8 years of solid HR experience. You will have strong business and commercial awareness as well as experience of complex employee relations and performance management issues. Prior financial services experience is preferred but not essential.
