Senior Learning & Development Manager
This reputable multinational financial organization that is dedicated to improving the financial and banking industry is looking for the expertise of a Senior Learning and Development Manager to join their credible HR department. Working closely with HR managers and business partners, you will be responsible for delivering quality learning programmes and solutions to encourage and ensure the work force is able to overcome business challenges.
Reporting directly to the Country Head, you will contribute to the development and implementation of the organisation's learning solutions with constant innovation to attract and keep talents. On top of delivering effective leadership and soft skills training programmes, you will also be responsible for providing comprehensive and timely training related support to satisfy stakeholders and upcoming new requirements.
Being an individual contributor, you will be actively participating in the development of learning solutions and updating of course materials, leveraging global programmes and curriculum to satisfy the need of the country and group offices. You will also use disciplined approaches to evaluate training effectiveness and continue to improve and revamp the delivery of learning solutions with creative means and innovation.
To be considered for this essential role, you will have a minimum of 12 years’ experience with significant exposure to training or coaching experience. You will have excellent presentation, facilitation and coaching skills, as well as a strong drive to lead and innovate.
