Employee Engagement Manager

This rare opportunity offers an HR manager to be the focal person to design, coordinate and execute employee engagement related initiatives, as well as to establish efficient overall communication which supports the talent strategies in the office of this market leading company.

Based in their Hong Kong office, your key focus is to ensure the office is the best place to work for talents. You will be responsible for recommending comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement initiatives. You will develop an effective survey process that tracks the employee engagement program and interpret the results by creating reports and actions to drive positive engagement. You will also be responsible to coordinate and execute hire orientation programs whenever needed.

Reporting to their HR VP, this unique position requires an individual to have strong dedication to employee engagement. You will need to have exceptional interpersonal communication skills and project management skills. You will be a collaborative individual who is responsive and has the ability to coach and motivate others.

To be considered for this essential role in a highly valued HR department, you will need a minimum of 5 years experience in HR with at least 2 years at management level. You will have exceptional influencing skills and outstanding strategic partnership ability. You will also show proven ability to generate and interpret data for business use.
