As the Learning & Talent Development Manager, you will provide support to the Regional Head Office, and report to the Head of HR, in both a strategic and operational position getting involved with everything from designing to the delivery of training programs.

Working in a small team of HR Professionals, your main focus is to be a leader in delivering Learning and Development, Talent Development and Assessment Centers across the region. Working closely with the Head of HR you will identify the training and development needs for staff through aspects being job analysis and appraisal schemes. You will be in charge of all logistics, such as vendor management and training resources, as well as delivering training programs on specific topics.

To be suitable for this position, you need to be polished and confident with strong communication skills, especially when dealing with key stakeholders within the business. You will have gained experience in both designing and delivering soft and technical skill training across a range of corporate functions.
