An influential Senior HR Manager opportunity exists within an international financial services provider that is renowned for their work worldwide.  As Senior HR Manager you will work closely with internal stakeholders in a role that is both operational and strategic and you will lead the bank’s people strategy in line with business objectives.
Reporting to a Head of HR, you will drive HR initiatives that will deliver key business objectives, you will consistently provide proactive consultancy support, as well as review and design HR policies to ensure compliance with legislation and business needs.
In this fully encompassed HR position your key focus will involve creating strong partnerships and support with business heads and local management regarding HR processes, programmes and delivery.  You will also play a pivotal role in providing knowledge and experience with respect to succession planning, engagement and team development which meet the specific needs of Hong Kong.
