Based in Hong Kong, this insurance company is seeking the impressive capabilities of an experienced and influential HR Business Partner with strong Learning and Development, Talent Management and Leadership Development experience.  

Working within a demanding and fast paced environment, the focus of your role will be to partner with specialist HR teams to deliver business aligned initiatives.  Success will be achieved through working closely with regional senior executives, providing creative and pragmatic advice to effectively manage and resolve HR issues across the business, as well as supporting the general HR functions as an HR Generalist such as involvement with recruitment.  The role will have a substantial component of leadership development, talent management and organizational development, and as such, extensive experience in this area is a prerequisite for the role.
 
To be considered for this role, you will be degree educated with a solid work history within a large and reputable MNC.  You will have at least 10 years experience within Human Resources, preferably in a role where 60% has related to HR Generalist/Business Partner responsibilities and 40% related to leadership/organisational development. You will have exceptional influencing skills, outstanding stakeholder management, will possess the ability to operate in a highly complex matrixed environment, will possess excellent interpersonal skills and fluent CANTONESE is a MUST for this role.[LI]
