A market leading insurance organisation has a rare and exciting opportunity for an HR Manager to develop, implement and maintain the rewards and performance management programmes, as well as lead the Compensation & Benefits projects for the Group, as and when required.

As an individual contributor, you will have extensive exposure and visibility to senior leaders as you will have close liaison with both the Head of Performance and Rewards, and the Head of Human Resources.  This role is a varied role, where you will be responsible for the day to day duties such as developing and reviewing compensation packages for all hiring (internal and external) and termination cases for all levels of employees, supporting the job evaluation process, supporting the annual compensation review, preparing annual reports and managing the annual staff budget exercise, as well as dealing with all C&B initiatives.

To be considered for the role, you must have experience working as an individual contributor, where both strategic and a hands on approach is required, you must have extensive experience as a project lead for various Compensation & Benefits projects and you must be able to communciate effectively in English.

As a preference, our client would like you to have had experience working within a Consultancy firm prior to moving to an in-house role, and Cantonese language skills would be a strong plus.
