SENIOR MANAGER, ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
A highly reputable leader of life insurance in Asia are looking for a Senior Manager to be responsible for the talent management and organisational development strategy for their Hong Kong entity.

Your main responsibilities will be to formulate and implement the talent strategy for the group, to collate, review and analyse talent data providing solutions to support the business strategy, as well as providing one on one career coaching and management to top talent, and senior leaders, for their career development.

Providing support to the Head of Organisational Development, this is an individual contributor role where your project management experience will be paramount to support the various talent management and organisational initiatives initiated from the regional office.  You will also be required to customise and localise where appropriate.  Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills will also be required, as your main partners will be the groups HR Business Partners, regional Talent Management team and the senior leaders across the business.  

As a strategic thinker with a consultative mindset, a passion for people development, strong analytic and problem solving skills and possessing a qualification for psychometric assessments and/or coaching, you will be a strong contender for the role.
