SENIOR MANAGER, TALENT AND ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
A leading global financial institution is seeking a high calibre Talent and Organisational Development Regional Manager to support the learning and talent requirements across the region.

Whilst managing the ongoing learning and talent requirements of the business, your main focus of responsibility with be conducting needs analysis, designing developmental programs and customising and localising global frameworks to meet the regions requirements.  You will also be the strategic leader advising the senior business drivers as appropriate, as well as leading the Academy as the subject matter expert for the region.

As the successful candidate, you will be experienced in career management and will need to have exceptional stakeholder management skills as you will partner with the regional management team to meet content requirements and demands, as well as to implement and drive initiatives across the region.  You will have extensive knowledge of not only L&D strategies, design channels, methodologies and technologies, but also understanding of the business, and how revenue is generated, to design the curriculum required.

Your leadership skills will be paramount to your success as will your self motivation, regional experience of working in a fast paced, and results driven, environment.
