A leading insurance organisation are seeking an Associate Director, Talent Management professional who will be responsible for, but not limited to,  managing talent management, organisational development and employee branding initiatives. 

You will liaise closely with the Regional Talent Management team to localise/customise and roll out various projects to the Hong Kong entity.  There will be a number of key projects you own, such as involvement with the Gallup Survey, succession planning review and mandatory management training among others launched throughout the year.  You will also be accountable for delivering the senior leadership training courses and will have overall governance of the training requirements of all employees.

You will be confident, personable and highly presentable with the ability to build strong relationships with peers and senior leaders alike.  You will possess excellent project management skills with a flexible attitude, to deal with the variety of projects entailed in this role. Fluency in English is essential, Cantonese or Mandarin would be a plus.[LI]
