Reporting to the Regional Director of Group Talent Management for this leading insurance organisation, this role is considerably a Project Management role where you will assist with the design and implementation of the region's talent agenda, to ensure talents are available as and when the business requires them.

You will be fully involved in a number of Talent Management projects to complete the Group's talent agenda as per the key business requirements.  You will partner with Business Unit's talent managers across the Asia Pacific region for best practice sharing, regional alignment and local implementation.  One of many of the projects you will have ownership of, will be to update the record of talent availability and succession readiness via close liaison with the regions Talent Managers, and then present findings to the region's senior stakeholders including the Group's CEO.

The successful candidate will have extensive research experience, exceptional project management skills and a min of 7 years experience working on projects preferably within Human Resources.  You will be able to present and communicate effectively with managers of all levels up to CEO, possessing excellent influencing skills and a consultative mindset.  You will be flexible and open to working on various projects as and when they arise, dealing with any demands for change requests in a positive manner.

English is essential for the role, and candidates with a second Asian language is preferred.
