This regional office of a leading financial services organisation are actively looking for a senior talent development incumbent to support the Head of Talent Development.  They will take ownership of the Talent Development assessments and programs as well as manage projects within the team.

The role will be extremely varied including strategic talent identification, co-designing and delivering/facilitating leadership development programs, reporting on analysis to monitor effectiveness of the programs as well as consulting.  Most of the work will be project based and will involve 40% travel to the regions offices to support the delivery of the programs.

Ideally you will have solid experience in organisationel development as well a clear understanding of the methods of targeted talent and leadership development, an understanding of targeted career management and how to develop a talent pipeline/succession plan within an organisation.  You will have 3-4 years analytical experience, being able to connect the various HR activities with talent development such as recruitment, rewards, employee engagement and performance management.   However, if you are a strong generalist/business partner with a genuine passion for Talent Management, you will be considered for the role.

You will be innovative, results and delivery focused, possess strong communication and influencing skills and have a genuine passion to develop talented individuals and managers.  You will be a part of a trusted professional network and collaborate with stakeholders of all levels including Line Managers, HR Director's and Talent & L&D Managers to support them from a regional perspective.
