Are you a solid Talent Management Consultant where you provide end to end expertise to the business management team regarding talent management, learning and D&I strategies and support the development of employees?  Are you ready for a new challenge within a reputable international insurance organisation based in Hong Kong?  If you answer YES to these, then this could be the perfect role for you.

Focusing on the deployment of talent management, learning and diversity & inclusion solutions in Asia and globally as required, you will liaise with various internal stake holders including HR Business Partners, Regional Business Leaders and internal/external subject matter experts.  You will be required to assess current and future talent requirements, provide expertise on solutions and design and develop key talent management and development issues.

Ideally you will possess an MBA, have a minimum of 12 years experience in both a consultancy and an in-house solid Talent Management role, and have demonstrated the ability to manage and execute multiple Talent Management action plans across an organisation's geographical boundaries at any one time.  Experience in affecting cultural change is a plus as is being accredited to administer Personality instrument.  Experience within D&I would be a definite advantage as would proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (although Cantonese and Mandarin NOT essential).
