A dynamic market leading international insurance organisation, are hiring an Associate Director, HR Business Partner for their Regional office in Hong Kong, to support and partner with the various regional offices, where they will work closely with their internal stakeholders of all levels.  

Reporting to the HR Director, this is a very hands on role where you will support all functions of HR including, but not limited to, managing the recruitment and selection process for Regional Chief Executive, provide advice and guidance on manpower required/resourcing strategies and partner with the various Centre of Excellence team leaders eg Group Performance & Rewards for various initiatives.  You will be expected to hit the ground running and work independently, building close relationships with colleagues in each function.
Your key focus will involve creating strong partnerships and support with regional business heads, C -level management and local senior stake holders regarding HR processes, programmes and delivery.  You will also play an influential role in providing knowledge and experience with respect to succession planning, engagement and team development which meet the specific needs of HK and the region.
You will have in excess of 10 years of HR Generalist/HR Management experience and will be mature, confident, enjoy every aspect of HR and thrive in a role which is very hands on rather than entirely strategic. 
Previous experience within the financial services industry, preferably within insurance, is REQUIRED to be considered for this role, as is a previous record as a credible Senior HR generalist/Business Partner with impressive stakeholder  management capabilities.  The successful candidate will be self-motivated, results driven with a strong customer focus and mindset,  exceptional communication skills, with a high proficiency in English, combined with the ability to interact, influence and partner with a diverse team across the region.  Fluency in Cantonese is desirable.
