Do you consider yourself to be a specialist within Compensations and Benefits, where your 6 years of rewards experience within an MNC has been paramount to your success?

This dynamic market leader in the insurance world of Hong Kong, is looking for the right candidate with a consultative mindset to look after the regional annual pay review exercise, as well as assisting the Associate Director with managing the executive compensation packages. 
You will be an influential communicator liaising closely with senior management and executives, where your drive and passion for rewards will be visible.  Your previous experience within the total compensation and benefits review process and designing entry and exit packages at executive level, including C level, are MANDATORY to explore this role further.

Fluency in English is ESSENTIAL, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
