DIRECTOR, EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
Do you have the passion and solid experience of working in an employee engagement role within Human Resources?  Have you been involved in organising and implementing regional events for a large organisation? 

The main focus of this exciting Hong Kong based role will be on employee engagement.  As part of the HR Communication team, you will also be heavily involved with planning and implementing HR events held throughout the year for the organisation’s HR Group, spanning Asia. 

You will build effective relationships with various stakeholders, internally and externally, managing employee surveys, deciphering the feedback received, presenting findings and solutions to senior management on how to move forward and responsible for implementation of the agreed plan.   Fluency in English is a MUST, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to excel within all areas of the role.  Your previous experience of working within a large organisation and organising regional events will be paramount to your success.   

Minimum of 10 years relevant cross regional experience, and solid experience in both employee engagement and organising large events/projects is essential.  Some travel may be required.
