Do you have direct experience in Equity based Long Term Incentives?   Are you looking for a new challenge within Asia?

Due to mobility within this world class organisation, this specialist role has presented itself.  Reporting into the Executive Compensation team, you will be managing both the share option process from budgeting through to implementation, and the ESPP process for employees.  You will be required to assist in writing various reports for both external and internal stakeholders, and preparing and delivering presentations to Senior Management.

You will be able to build effective relationships with colleagues across Asia, as well as external consultants.  Even though you must be a strong team member, as well as managing an individual team member, you will be able to work independently to deliver efficiently on the multiple projects you are responsible for, being able to excel when under pressure.

Minimum of 5 years experience within the Compensation and Benefits department of a Financial Institution is desired, and you MUST HAVE both Equity based LTI experience, and pertain excellent report writing skills, to be considered for this very attractive role.  Managerial experience would be preferred but not essential.  Some travel may be required.
