Reporting to the Global Head of HR in the US, as Human Resources Manager you will be responsible for building value-added consultative relationships with managers in the region.  It will form part of your key accountabilities to work closely with business leaders and the Global Head of HR to develop and implement objectives, policies, and programs for the Region in the areas of employee relations and employment law.
This pivotal role was created to meet the growing demands of the business.  Managing a team of 3 you will strengthen your team’s capabilities to ensure you are effectively managing and developing the HR function for the region.  You will form strong relationships with managers and the global HR team to support initiatives in the areas of employee relations, managerial and supervisory skills and compensation and benefits programmes and recruiting.
With at least 7 years industry experience you will have previous people management experience, will be an exceptional communicator in English and you will possess impressive capabilities in drafting and implementing HR policies.  Recruitment will form a key part of your responsibilities therefore it is essential to have a strong understanding of recruitment processes so that you may provide staffing support to all business leaders across the region.
