Your success will be derived by your ability to deliver in-depth and timely HR advice across the Asia Pacific business.  Supporting the Regional Head of Human Resources not only will you act as their strong number two, but you will also plan, drive and execute strategic HR programmes in accordance with the group plan and relevant policies, procedures and quality standards.  
Based in Hong Kong with regional accountability, this client is seeking the impressive capabilities of an influential HR Business Partner to collaborate with global, regional and specialist HR teams to deliver business aligned HR initiatives.  Working within a demanding and fast paced environment, this role requires you to provide creative and pragmatic advice to business clients to effectively manage and resolve HR issues.
This influential role requires you to work closely with the recruitment team to devise talent acquisition and strategic talent planning initiatives, as well as effectively communicate with the business to identify top talent mobility candidates.
Degree educated with at least 10 years previous financial or professional services experience, you will have strong influencing skills, will possess the ability to operate in a highly complex matrixed environment and you will possess excellent interpersonal skills.
