Become part of this European Insurance company whose mission is to aide their customers in living longer lives with a greater peace of mind.  Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this position sits within the Regional Head office and will focus on  enhancing C&B philosophy and infrastructure to meet both internal business needs and external needs to be market competitive.
Acting as a proactive partner to the business, as Reward Manager you will advise on policy design, development, implementation and you will effectively communicate salary, benefits, incentives and international mobility programmes across the regional head office.
This is a key role within an established team.  You will actively work with other HR and business partners to ensure the alignment of C&B programmes with non-C&B infrastructure and processes to effectively support the company’s ambition to become the preferred employer.
You will take the lead through participating in the development and enhancement of compensation information systems, whilst working with teams to manage and drive the success of C&B projects.
With this in mind you will be an experienced C&B professional with 7 years industry experience in a consulting or in-house capacity.  Your ability to work in a dynamic and progressive team environment, combined with your analytical and project management capabilities will put you in good stead for this role.  Fluency in both English and Cantonese is essential for this position.
