This global financial services group is seeking to strengthen the talent across their business through the appointment of a HR Manager to focus on talent acquisition for their regional head office.  Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will work closely with various channels and external suppliers to ensure best service levels and efficient delivery for the needs of the business. At the same time ensuring costs are managed and relationships maintained.
This is an essential role within an office dominated by senior stakeholders.  To succeed in this position you will be exceptional at building trusted relationships and will possess prior experience in developing effective and innovative recruiting strategies. 
You will have strong influencing skills and will act as a credible ambassador for the business in the marketplace. Part of your responsibilities will see you working closely with the Head of HR to organize training schedules, liaise closely with external training vendors and consultants and arrange suitable venues.
With this in mind you will be degree qualified with a fluency in both English and Cantonese and at least 8 years previous industry experience in talent acquisition and a strong grounding in HR generalist activities.
