SENIOR ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Reporting directly to the Head of Organisational Development you will be accountable for the development and overall project planning of high impact development programmes and initiatives and you will play a pivotal role in high caliber talent acquisition, succession planning and leadership development.
 
You will partner with local management to address talent management needs and you will develop efficient systems and processes for talent reviews and succession planning, ensuring their successful implementation.  Communication in Cantonese and diplomacy skills of an exceptional level are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with senior stakeholders within the business.
 
The ability to think conceptually is paramount to this role as are your capabilities in developing strategies and detailed action plans that will accelerate the acceptance and implementation of key talent development initiatives.
 
Degree educated, you will possess 8 years previous industry experience in organisational development and business partnering and you will impress the Group Head of HR with your ability to engage, inspire and influence key stakeholders.  This is an autonomous role within a respected HR department which is valued across the business and a unique opportunity for you to strengthen the platform within the business for talent management.
