Become part of this young, innovative company, which is firmly established across the US and the UK and is growing rapidly across Asia. Currently they are seeking a dynamic and influential HR Generalist to partner with the business and provide value added HR generalist services, from policy and procedures development through to manpower planning and recruitment and retention.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this position is well suited to an experienced HR Manager who has previously worked and developed within a growing firm and who is ready to head up a small HR department and work closely with the CEO to formulate their ideas into strategies that will support the company’s growth.
As Head of HR you will develop and implement new HR initiatives, you will facilitate recruitment processes to ensure top talent is continually recruited to join the firm and you will design and formulate retention strategies through the management of staff performance and continuous staff development to ensure turnover is kept at a minimum.
Successful applicants will be degree qualified with at least 8 years industry experience combined with high levels of motivation and strong interpersonal skills.  Fluency in both English and Cantonese is essential to ensure effective communication between both employees and clients.  In return this role will offer you the opportunity to establish a HR framework that will support the continued growth of this company and will allow you the autonomy to work closely with the business and innovatively implement and facilitate HR policies.
