Currently in their Hong Kong Office they seek the capabilities of an influential HR Services Consultant to lead the design and implementation of technology and processes to ensure optimal performance of HR services across Asia.  In this role you will interact regularly with senior stakeholders to understand the needs of their business and to take accountability for HR process enhancements and improvements within the region.
Reporting directly to a Regional Head of HR you will play a key role in overseeing the deployment of shared service technology and you will take the lead in standardizing and enhancing HR processes to deliver requisite customer service improvements and efficiency savings.
Successful applicants will have at least 10 years industry experience with a key focus on HR services, technology and processes.  You will have previously worked within a matrixed environment and will have spent a number of years managing and delivering HR processes and systems across countries in Asia.  Exceptional influencing skills are essential for this role, as are excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
