Currently they seek the expertise of dynamic HR Services Manager to lead a team to implement and oversee a broad range of HR services in meeting employee-related business needs.  As HR Services Manager you will consultant functional groups within the business on appropriate HR solutions and designated HR programmes.  Leading the service delivery team you will ensure the team builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, HR Business Partners and product providers.
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, your key accountabilities will involve defining and implementing a structured framework to collate, analyse and define improvements to the HR systems across the business.  You will take responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment process and you will develop key relationships with other HR teams liaising closely with both the Rewards and Employee Relations team.
Degree qualified with 7 years industry experience within a HR operations role, successful applicants will have excellent customer service skills, a comprehensive understanding of the business process and the ability to work independently to establish and implement HR policies and practices.  Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential for this role, as is an up to date knowledge of the latest developments in various HR practices.
