Become part of this iconic MNC who are seeking the expertise of a strategic Training and Talent Development  Director to drive programmes, strategies and initiatives across the business.   In this role you will be fully responsible for strategising training solutions and designing training programmes to meet the development needs of the organisation through its people.

Reporting directly to the Global Head for Learning & Development, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining talent across the business, as well as designing management training programmes for senior leaders.  You will be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of certain programmes through implementing tools to evaluate their success.

Whilst acting as a pillar of industry best practice you will also stay abreast of emerging technologies to ensure that you are able to tailor programmes in line with business needs and priorities.

This is an essential role within a demanding yet collaborative environment.  In order to achieve success in this position, exceptional communication skills are essential, as is the ability to promote a work environment that nurtures employees to reach their highest potential.
With this in mind you will have over 12 years experience in designing, developing and delivering training or learning programmes within an internal organization, across multiple countries.  You will be highly literate, with a strategic mind possessing exceptional consulting and project management skills.
