Based in their Singapore office and reporting to their Regional HR in Hong Kong they currently seek the expertise and leadership skills of a HR advisor to support the operation of their Singapore business by providing an effective and professional HR service covering the full generalist remit.
This will be achieved through working closely with the Regional HR Manager to ensure that high standards are adopted within all elements of HR and to provide an advisory service to employees ensuring that they are fully aware of their rights and entitlements.
As HR advisor you work in partnership with line managers on performance management, employee relations, resourcing and staff management/development, together with managing staff relationships, promptly responding to queries and managing overall expectations of the firm.
The successful applicant will have 5 years previous industry experience within a law firm as a HR generalist.  You will be confident, strong at effectively handling a busy schedule and excellent at building relationships.
