To sustain and support their prominent position in the market, they are currently looking for a Senior HR Leader to drive and deliver all operational services for employees in Asia.  As Team Leader you will collaborate closely with other team specialisms including compensation and benefits, talent management and HR Systems to contribute on a number of HR initiatives and projects.
This role presents a real opportunity to enhance the landscape of HR processes and systems across the business, through establishing efficient and effective operational HR services for all the business and corporate functions. You will also play a pivotal role in driving and coaching talent across the region acting as a HR leader for change.
To be considered for this challenging opportunity you must be degree qualified with 10 years previous experience as a HR Generalist within either the insurance or financial services industry combined with impressive project management capabilities.  You will be an exceptional communicator with commendable business liaison and negotiation skills with a track record for motivating and inspiring others.  A comprehensive understanding of both the Hong Kong and Korea market is essential for this role.
